A Modern Chalet
This modern chalet is located in the Khairan Phase 3. The chalet features a full size internal pool overlooking the gulf beyond with a prominent rooftop seating area overlooking the gulf. All of the materials were sensibly chosen to reflect the location and the usage of the building, taking into consideration the context. The heavy concrete panels create a visual tour de force framing the both the outward views, as well as, the overall aesthetic.

Prominently placed on the the beachfront, the design stands apart from it’s neighbours as a proper, bespoke beach house.
The heavy concrete panels focus the views onto the beach by increasing the sense of privacy from the surrounding context.
