Our Story

Design Build Contracting was established in 2007, on the firm belief of providing a one stop solution from design to construction for all clients at an affordable price.  We have gone through several iterations as technology improved, but the core principles of transparency, quality and affordability have not changed.

The backbone of Design Build is the diversified experience in architecture and engineering over the past 20 years. The implementation of this experience across the lifecycle of a construction project ensures that the design meets the project expectations by eliminating the gap between design and construction.

We specialise in small to medium new construction, renovations and additions.  No matter what the size of the project, all design is done in 3D to simulate construction prior to going on site, eliminating any coordination issues and saving money.

As a team, we step into our Clients’ shoes and approach the design and build process from a holistic point of view; our aim is to provide our Clients with smooth and worry-free construction delivered on time and on budget.

Key Staff

Our team is comprised of over 15 staff members ranging from administrators to laborers.  All staff are carefully vetted to ensure both the right experience, as well as, a good attitude.
